These folks have lived the entrepreneurial lifecycle and will share some lessons learned in preparing for and exiting their businesses to strategic and private equity buyers.

Our time together will begin with a quick overview of what’s happening in the M&A market and why it’s so hot. We’ll then transition into a discussion and Q&A about preparing for a sale, the sale process, what to expect and a few nuggets of deal wisdom - - all followed by some time to socialize and have a cocktail and heavy hors d'oeuvres.
