Women's Entrepreneurship Day: Unlocking the Keys to High Performing Teams

  • 110 Corcoran St. Durham, NC, 27701 United States (map)

Let's celebrate Women's Entrepreneurship Day together and learn all about The Fab 4! We'll kick off the morning with a light breakfast and mimosas in One City Center's top floor clubhouse. Then we'll hear 4th generation entrepreneur Jes Averhart talk about Unlocking the Keys to High Performing Teams. We'll have time for breakouts and Q&A. You'll leave feeling refreshed and excited to see how you fit into the puzzle of your business!

This is the perfect event to bring a potential female EO member to attend! You're welcome to bring one key executive for free and additional key executives for $50 per person.

Have you ever noticed that you find certain aspects of your role at work energizing… and other aspects absolutely exhausting? You look over at your coworker happily working away on the thing that makes you want to pour a stiff drink and wonder… How does she do it? Well, the logic puzzle might be simpler than you think.

Enter the Fab Four.

In this session, we'll take a look at high performing teams and the four key contributors that are necessary to support extraordinary results. At the end of the session, each participant will:

   1) Learn the four types of contributors essential for high performing teams.

   2) Identify which one of the four contributors they are and which key roles might

      be missing.

   3) Better understand the key success drivers in each lane of influence.
