French Dessert Class with The Travelling Café

If you enjoyed our past cooking classes, you'll love this French dessert class with The Travelling Café! Join us for this hands-on, fun, teambuilding cooking experience where we'll learn how to make Poached Pears in Meringue Nests with Chocolate Sauce just in time for the holidays.

We'll first learn how to make dessert at EO board member Joe Torres' home, followed by a delicious French dinner. Bring a plus one with you to this class, and enjoy a 3-course meal afterwards with your fellow EO'ers!

Due to space restrictions, this event will be limited to 20 people.

Check out the menu below:

  • Cocktail: The Bitter Frenchman

  • Appetizer Course: Fromage Fort, Fig and Olive Tapenade

  • Main: Steak au Poivre, Hasselback Potatoes, Asparagus Bundles

  • Dessert: Poached Pears in Meringue Nests with Chocolate Sauce
