Randy is one of the Co-Founders of the Raleigh EO Chapter (1998), an EO Member for 20 years, transitioning to an SAP for the chapter for the past 4 years. During his 30+ year entrepreneurial career, he has prided himself onlearning & implementing, attending the EO Birthing of Giants Program (now EMP), London Business School, various EO universities, Center for Creative Leadership, as well as attending Strategic Coach with Dan Sullivan for 4 years, and various Scaling Up/Gazelles Events over the past 20 years. His companies that he founded/co- founded are now 31, 21, and 9 years old, and have produced well over a billion dollars… they remain industry leaders today.
In 2013, Randy transitioned from building his own companies to focusing on coaching, mentoring, teaching and advising entrepreneurial leaders globally as they build their own companies. The preface of his newest book includes a coaching client’s growth story from 10 to 600 million over the past 7 years. Over the past ten years his focus has turned squarely to the Thought Leadership space … to writing books, public speaking, and business growth/ leadership development workshops (The third book in his Decision Series will be published in February 2023 – The Fourth Decision- the Maximized Entrepreneur).
